Gill Penfold won’t quite take you to hell and back in her personal training sessions, but she certainly has a sting in her tail. Gill started out working as a fitness instructor in 1995 and within four years had progressed to working as general manager at ‘The Edinburgh Club’ - back then, Edinburgh’s most pioneering health club. Over the past 15 years Gill has gained various qualifications in her field and is continuously developing her skills and knowledge to allow her to deliver the best results for her clients. |
